The add-on Sense provides real-time distance measurement to the inspection object and enables RGB image acquisition for visual documentation. RGB images can also be overlaid with thermographic 2D result images, creating a direct spatial correlation between visual details and thermal data.
The add-on Guide automatically calculates optimized acquisition times for pulsed phase thermography and its ensuing analysis. It also determines ideal recording parameters for data reconstruction to improve both image quality and inspection efficiency while simplifying the measurement workflow.
The add-on Filter enables calculation and 2D visualization of phase images across different frequencies while providing advanced Gaussian, median and homogeneity filtering. It also supports precise separation of the inspection object from the background for improved data quality and enhanced thermal analysis.
The add-on Size enables measurement of the length and area of thermal anomalies, allowing suspicious regions to be highlighted and quantified directly within the software. Identified defects are automatically documented in a structured defect table for traceable analysis and reporting.
The add-on Reconstruct enables 1D visualization of virtual A-scans and virtual 2D C-scans based on reconstructed mirror-source signals. This allows detailed volumetric evaluation by transforming complex thermographic data into intuitive cross-sectional and top-view representations.
