This technology enables <strong>three-dimensional, high-resolution, non-contact defect detection<\/strong> in safety-critical components \u2013 without the need for coupling media, ionizing radiation, or chemical substances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The advantages are obvious:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Efficiency \u2013 up to 80% lower testing costs compared to conventional ultrasonic methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speed \u2013 Inline capability for continuous real-time quality assurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sustainability \u2013 emission-free, resource-saving technology without pollutants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scalability \u2013 from complex individual components to series production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Industries such as aerospace, automotive, and energy benefit particularly from these properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cMade in Austria \u2013 successful worldwide\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the initial idea in 2022 to the market launch in June 2025, our team has invested over one million euros in the development of the 3D V-ROX system. Supported by national and European funding programs (including AWS PreSeed\/Seed Deep-Tech and a basic program from the FFG), we were able to consistently implement our vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Today, we are proud to have acquired our first customers not only in Austria, but also in Europe, the US, and China. With a clear internationalization strategy, we aim to achieve a 5% market share in the field of non-destructive testing by 2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsible innovation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In addition to technical excellence, <strong>environmental protection<\/strong> is particularly important to us. The 3D V-ROX system features environmentally friendly technology. The <strong>elimination of coupling media, chemical substances, and ionizing radiation<\/strong> reduces environmental impact and makes inspection processes more sustainable. Optimized defect detection also minimizes material waste, conserving resources and reducing costs.
